3. The fitting size of matching parts shall be accurate, and the fitting size shall be rechecked or sampled during assembly. For example: the matching part of the journal and bearing of the main shaft, the matching hole and its center distance between the spindle box and the bearing

4. For the assembly of the wheel, the axis lines of the two toothed wheels shall be in the same plane and parallel to each other, with normal meshing clearance and axial dislocation of 2mm

5. The joint surface of the connection shall be checked for flatness and deformation, otherwise it shall be trimmed and deburred, and the contact of the joint surface shall be close, flat and not skewed

6. The seal shall be pressed into the sealing groove in parallel without distortion, damage and scratch on the sealing surface

7. The assembly requirements of the pulley are that the axes of the two pulleys should be parallel, and the center of the pulley groove should be positive. If the deviation is too large, the tension of the pulley will be uneven, resulting in belt slippage and accelerated wear. At the same time, the V-belt shall be selected and matched before assembly, and the length shall be consistent to prevent vibration in transmission
